Manly Wharf continues to set the standard on beachside hospitality in Australia. We’re now hiring for talented chefs with a passion for bold, vibrant flavours and fresh, punchy produce. Ideally, you’ll have experience across Vietnamese, modern Asian, or Thai-style cuisine. If you have experience in any of the following roles we would love to hear from you: -Sous Chef -Junior Sous Chef -Chef de Partie -Demi Chef -Commis Chef What we are looking for: Chefs at all levels Experienced chefs with an understanding of modern Asian styled cuisine Experience in high-volume or fast-paced kitchen environments A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic A desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic hospitality group Availability to work across a flexible roster, including weekends.
